Information for online registration for admission to Class XI (2021 – 22)

(For Non – GGPS Students Only)
PROVISIONAL ADMISSION NOTICE

1. Applicants are required to have a valid personal E-mail ID. In case an applicant does not have a valid personal E – mail ID, he/she should create his/her new E – mail ID before applying online. Any communication (if needed) will be communicated to this E – mail ID/School Website/SMS/WhatsApp/School Notice Board.

2. The registration fee is Rs.1000/- can be paid through online mode only. Registration fee is neither transferable nor refundable.

3. The name of the applicant, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth & other details should be entered correctly in the form and should not mismatch with the certificates/marksheet of Std. X. No corrections will be allowed later on.

4. A Passport size photograph of the applicant is required to be uploaded online. Please be ready with a soft copy of the photograph not more than 200 KB in size (Only in JPG/JPEG format) with resolution 200 X 230 (width 200 pixel, height 230 pixel).

5. The applicant has to upload scanned original Report Cards of Class IX Half Yearly, Annual and Class X Half Yearly Exams along with filling in marks of these Exams in the Application Form.

6. The applicant has to fill in the Online Application Form very carefully. While filling in the form, if a Data field is mandatory then it should not be left blank in any case. If each mandatory field is filled in correctly then as soon as the applicant clicks on “Submit” Button, he/she will get the “System Generated Application Form” with a space for photograph. The Applicant has to take the printout of that “System Generated Application Form”.

7. Only one printout of “System Generated Application Form” should be sent or submitted by an applicant. Duplicate Copy will be rejected.

8. Applicants should keep a photocopy of the printout of “System Generated Application Form” with them for their personal record.

9. After online submission of the application form, the applicant will get his/her admit card on the school website www.ggpsbokaro.org within a specified date range (Given in the “Guidelines for Admission to Class XI (2021 – 22)”. For this the applicant has to enter his/her system generated Online Registration Number and Date of Birth.

10. All communications regarding Admission Test will be done through school Website/Email/SMS/WhatsApp/School Notice Board only.

11. Acceptance of the Application Form by the school does not confer any right of admission in Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Sector 5/B, Bokaro Steel City.

Optional Subjects (Computer Science, IP, Economics, PE, Hindi, Entrepreneurship, Painting & Dance) will be decided purely on the availability of seats only)

15. Printing of Admit Card for Admission Test (Online): An Applicant can get his/her Admit Card from the Guru Gobind Singh Public School Website by entering his/her System Generated Registration Number and date of birth.

16. Date for downloading admit card. : will be notified later

17. Admission/Aptitude Test (At GGPS, Bokaro)           : will be notified through online admit card

18. Last date for taking admission for the selected

candidates (Provisional) : Within next 2 working days after declaration of the list of
selected candidates.

1. Provisional Admission Fee will be forfeited if admission

formalities are not completed after fulfillment of admission
criteria within 2 working days after the declaration of SSE-2021 result /CBSE X)
2.            In case of non-fulfillment of the Admission Criteria after the

declaration of the CBSE Class X result, the deposited amount for

Provisional Admission will be refunded.

19. CRITETIA FOR CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION IN CLASS XI AFTER DECLARATION OF CBSE CLASS X RESULT:

PCM     : 75% in aggregate + 75% in Science+ Maths Standard in aggregate.
(English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science and Second Language)

PCB      : 70% in aggregate + 70% in Science.
(English, Mathematics, General Science, Social Science and Second Language)

PCBM   : 70% in aggregate + 70% in Science+ Maths Standard in aggregate.
(English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science and Second Language)
Commerce     : 65% in aggregate

(English, Mathematics, General Science, Social Science and Second Language)

Commerce with MATHS      : 65% in aggregate + 65% in Maths Standard
(English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science and Second Language

Humanities   : 60% in aggregate + 60% in English

(English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science and Second Language)
